Pageant Registration

By registering for a pageant competition, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Pay all applicable entry fees and registration costs
• Follow all pageant rules and guidelines
• Allow use of submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes
• Grant the pageant organization the right to use your name and likeness

People's Choice Voting

By participating in People's Choice voting:

• You may only vote with valid payment
• Votes are non-refundable
• Multiple votes from the same account are permitted
• The pageant organization reserves the right to invalidate suspicious voting patterns

SMS Opt-In Agreement

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications about pageant rankings and updates, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy
• Pay the full amount displayed at checkout
• Charges are non-refundable except where required by law

Limitation of Liability

The materials on Spencer County Fair Pageants' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Spencer County Fair Pageants makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Modifications to Terms

Spencer County Fair Pageants may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
